Since some of our styles are custom-made, some are pre-order pieces, and some are ready-to-ship items, the processing and delivery time may vary depending on the product type.

🌸 1. Custom-Made Products
Custom-made items are created after your order is placed, so your piece gets a little extra time and attention before it travels to you.
Production Time:
Please allow 2 business days for production after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Time:
Your order will usually be shipped on the 3rd business day after purchase.
Estimated Delivery Time After Shipment:
Delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address.
United States: 5–7 business days
Europe: 5–7 business days
Australia: 7–10 business days
Other regions: Delivery time may vary by destination

Pre-order items are styles that are not available for immediate shipment and need a little more time before they are ready to go.

Pre-order products usually ship within 10–15 business days after your order is placed.
After you place a pre-order, we will contact you by email to confirm your order details and estimated shipping schedule. 💌

Ready-to-ship products are currently in stock and available for direct shipment.
These items will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after your order is confirmed.

Most ready-to-ship orders can be delivered within one week, depending on your shipping address and local carrier service. Fast, easy, and on its way to your closet. ✨

If your order contains different product types, such as a custom-made item and a pre-order item, your items may be shipped separately or together depending on availability.
