3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You may cancel your order for any reason before it has been shipped. 🛍️

Once your order has shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you may follow our return guide after receiving your package.

4. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on your location and local carrier.

We promise your package is not on a vacation without you — sometimes tracking just takes a little time to update. 🚚✨

5. Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 📦

Please allow a little time for the tracking number to update. If it still doesn’t show movement after a few days, contact us and we’ll help check it.

6. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.

Once the package has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address. So please double-check your address before checkout — future you will be grateful. 🫶

7. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Oh no — that’s not the OdaStyle experience we want for you. 💔

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a non-human quality issue, we will offer a free replacement after confirming the issue.

You do not need to return the original item.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the package if it was damaged

Please contact us first before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from stains, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or damage.

Basically: if it still feels like it just had its main-character moment in the package, we can review it.

For regular returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

If the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product defect, we’ll help provide the best solution.
