Pre-Order Notice

Some OdaStyle pieces are offered as pre-order items. This means the item is not ready to ship immediately, but it has been specially arranged for upcoming production or restock.

Before placing a pre-order, please read the notes below carefully. 🌷

1. What Is a Pre-Order Item?

A pre-order item is a product that is available for purchase before it is officially in stock or ready to ship.

When you place a pre-order, we reserve the item for you in advance and begin preparing it according to the estimated production or restock schedule.

Good things take a little time — especially the pieces worth waiting for. ✨

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Pre-order items usually require additional preparation time before shipment.

The estimated shipping date or processing time will be shown on the product page whenever available.

Please note that the estimated time is not a guaranteed delivery date. It may change due to production schedules, fabric availability, quality inspection, holidays, logistics delays, or other unexpected situations.

If you need an item urgently, we recommend choosing an in-stock item instead.

3. Payment for Pre-Order Items

Payment is required when you place the pre-order.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

This confirms that we have received your pre-order request and reserved the item for you.

4. Orders With Both Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, they may be shipped together when all items are ready.

In some cases, we may arrange separate shipments depending on product availability and logistics.

If you would like to know whether your order can be split into separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

Yes. You may cancel your pre-order for any reason before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number or the email address used to place the order so we can help you faster.

Once your pre-order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You may follow our Return & Exchange Guide after receiving your package.

After your order is cancelled or refunded, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund in your account.

6. Size or Address Changes

If you need to change the size, color, or shipping address for a pre-order item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help before the item enters final packing or shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

So please double-check your size and shipping address before checkout — future you will thank you. 🫶

7. Production or Shipping Delays

Because pre-order items are prepared in advance, occasional delays may happen.

Possible reasons include:

  • Fabric or material delay
  • Production schedule changes
  • Quality inspection adjustments
  • Holiday or peak-season delays
  • Customs or carrier delays
  • Unexpected logistics issues

If there is a major delay, we will do our best to update you and provide available options.

8. Quality Check Before Shipment

Every pre-order item will go through quality inspection before shipment.

If an item does not meet our quality standards, shipment may take a little longer while we arrange a better piece for you.

We would rather take extra time than send you something that does not feel right. 🌸

9. Returns and Exchanges

Pre-order items follow our standard Return & Exchange Guide unless otherwise stated on the product page.

To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in acceptable return condition.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

10. Damaged or Defective Pre-Order Items

If your pre-order item arrives damaged, defective, or has a confirmed non-human quality issue, we will help make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Photos of the package if it was damaged

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a free replacement. In most cases, you do not need to return the original item.

11. Before You Place a Pre-Order

Please place a pre-order only if you are comfortable with the estimated waiting time.

Pre-order pieces are perfect for customers who want to secure a favorite style early, but they may not be suitable for urgent events, last-minute trips, or time-sensitive plans.
