Return & Exchange Guide

At OdaStyle, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If you need to cancel, return, exchange, or report an issue with your order, please read the guide below.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason before it has been shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number or the email address used to place the order so we can locate your purchase quickly.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may follow our return instructions after receiving the package.

After your order is refunded or cancelled, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a quality issue caused by non-human factors, we will offer a free replacement.

You do not need to return the original item.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
  • Photos of the package if the package was damaged during delivery

Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

Please note that damage caused by improper washing, incorrect care, personal handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.


Return Request Process

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at:

Please do not send the item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Please email us with your order number or the email address associated with your purchase.

Step 2: Request Review

We will review your request within 48 hours. Please wait patiently while our support team checks your order details.

Step 3: Return Instructions

Once your request is approved, you will receive step-by-step return instructions by email.

You may also receive a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is caused by our mistake or a confirmed product defect.

Step 4: Returning the Item

Please follow the instructions provided in the email and send the item back within the required time frame.

If you choose to use another carrier to ship the return on your own, please email us the tracking number within 7 days of shipping.

If you fail to provide the tracking number within 7 days, the item may be destroyed because it cannot be restocked, and we may be unable to process your refund.

Step 5: Keep Your Shipping Receipt

We recommend obtaining a receipt when you drop off your return package. Please keep this receipt until your return package has been received and processed.

Step 6: Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin processing your refund.

Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with the original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Intimates or bodysuits
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
